Purpose

The purpose of using the Hypha DHO Software inside the SEEDS Commons is to record the Funding proposals that have already passed through the SEEDS Commons Consent-based Governance decision making mechanism and make them publicly visible and tracible on the blockchain.

Membership

Members of the SEEDS Commons DHO organization in the Hypha Software are the Internal Link(IL) and External Link(EL) representatives of each DHO that’s been voted in to be part of the SEEDS Commons and the organizational account of the DHO within the SEEDS Ecosystem.

Every member of the SEEDS Commons DHO should have a fixed voting power of 1.

Voting

The SEEDS Commons DHO should be configured with 100% Unity and 20% Quorum with 7 days of time for a proposal to pass. These options are the closest to consent-based decision making (that the capabilities of the Hypha DHO software can provide at the moment) while making sure at least a couple of people reviewed the text of the proposal. Consent-based decision making is the mode of decision making that SEEDS Commons uses.
